About Me

I am a student at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. I plan to graduate in
May of 2012 and pursue a career in technical writing. My ambition is to be a technical writer
at a software company that uses Internet-based editing and publishing methods (such as a wiki).

In my college career, I have acquired a variety of techniques and tools that I can apply in the workplace. Every class I participated in has helped me gain a better understanding of the rhetorical triangle (which is essential to technical writing) and has taught me how to work well within a group.

My coursework and my experience in the internship program at ACS Technologies have shaped me into a well-rounded, detail-oriented student who is ready to succeed in a full-time position in the workforce.
